If you are motivated to make positive changes in your life, I am motivated to help. I enjoy working with adults of all ages experiencing a range of issues. I am committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential by giving them the skills, support, hope, and encouragement. Often times we experience hardships in different ways and at different times in life. My core practice has been built around using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy approach to help others with overwhelming emotions.
We will work together to identify road blocks and unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns that keep you from reaching your full potential, I specifically deal with issues regarding the following: Emotional Disorders, Behavioral Challenges, Loss and Grief, Anger Management, Social Skills, Low Self -Esteem and Relationships.
