Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Northwestern University’s Master’s of Arts in Counseling program. I had an incredible enthusiasm to learn about the helping profession and received my undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Psychology with a concentration in Human Services.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style focuses on forming connections with my clients to best serve their needs and build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about creating a culturally safe space where each client is safe to explore their identity, life transitions, relationship and family challenges, and managing anxiety and/or depression.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where I meet them exactly where they are at. I typically conduct an intake during the first session to establish some goals of the client as well as to get to know them as a whole.
