Great to meet you!

My style of operation includes aiding in addressing different mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic mental health needs and interpersonal challenges, while holding zeal in supporting those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I also find passion in a foundation of empathetic, strength-oriented and ratifying approaches to non-traditional relationships, sex and sexuality with an understanding of work in the sex industry, kink or power dynamics in sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I engage with adults and adolescents in order to encourage growth by utilizing an eclectic, integrative approach that is tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

Beginning the journey into finding self-agency, care, and taking command of your own voice is a daunting task, and one that is best achieved by support from someone who will help you through this stage. It can be exceptionally challenging or isolating to find affirmation while navigating these complex needs! We will collaborate as to ways to best support you and create goals that are best suited.
