Great to meet you!

I became a therapist through my own experience of trying to understand patterns of shame, self-criticism, and not feeling “enough,” which continues to inform the depth of empathy I bring to this work. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and work with adults navigating eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and patterns like people-pleasing and perfectionism. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, helping you understand and shift patterns that feel stuck. I strive to create a space where you feel deeply understood, not judged, and less alone in what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in empathy and curiosity. I work with clients struggling with shame, self-worth, and patterns like self-criticism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or disordered eating, helping them understand where these patterns come from and why they persist. Rather than trying to “fix” you, I focus on helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and put words to thoughts and feelings that may be hard to access. Over time, this work supports a more compassionate, clear, and grounded sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can show up as they are, without feeling like they have to fix or hide parts of themselves. In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in and begin to understand patterns, thoughts, and feelings that may feel confusing or hard to access. I pay close attention to the parts of your experience that are often hardest to say out loud, helping you feel deeply seen and understood—especially in areas that may carry shame.
