Hello! I strive to provide a safe space for clients to process experiences, gain new tools and feel supported on a journey towards empowerment and self-discovery. I believe every individual has the capacity for change and growth, while recognizing their intrinsic worth. I hope to assist clients in navigating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and identity development concerns.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and a certified Child-Centered Play Therapist. I have worked in various therapeutic settings including schools and community-based agencies. I have extensive training with children and teens and work to create a safe, trusting space. I also have experience working with adults of all ages.

I believe trust and safety are major cornerstones for any therapeutic relationship, and it guides my clinical work. My intention is to partner with clients in addressing and supporting their individual needs and goals.
