Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio. I bring over a decade of experience supporting teens (13+), adults, and fellow professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or burnout. I’ve worked in both community and leadership roles, and I’m passionate about making therapy feel approachable, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care. I especially enjoy working with caregivers, therapists, and first responders who are used to holding space for others.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I draw from DBT, ACT, and emotionally focused approaches, but I believe the relationship is the most powerful part of the work. I’ll show up as a real human and help you explore what’s holding you back, find your strengths, and build skills that actually work in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed," it’s about reclaiming your voice and honoring your story.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a balance of emotional support and practical tools. My goal is to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and equip you with skills that actually work outside of session. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout, you’ll leave with greater clarity, a stronger understanding of yourself, and actionable strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
