"HEALING, TRANSFORMATION and ultimately MANIFESTATION!!!" is my motto. I want every individual I work with to define their power in the world by overcoming and expanding from any barriers to PERSONAL GROWTH! I work with adults on parenting issues, domestic violence, past trauma, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress and depression. I work with adolescents in areas of trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger issues, depression, LGBTQ issues, grief/bereavement, and abuse.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Reiki Master, I use Holistic techniques to assist in finding the balance between the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT! With a focus on a Strengths-Based approach, I emphasize the importance of understanding how to expand on what is currently WORKING in your life. This will assist with developing a plan to address any challenges.
I use journaling, positive visualization, mindfulness and other approaches to emphasize the importance of individuals understanding that any difficulties experienced in life will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.
