I bring 20 years of social work experience and a deep commitment to helping people thrive. I support diverse individuals facing chronic illness, life changes, workplace challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. Through compassionate psychotherapy, I provide practical, empowering care that drives meaningful change.
Outside of work, I recharge by gardening, exploring new places, enjoying nature walks, spending time with loved ones, and diving into great movies — all of which fuel the empathy and presence I bring to our work together.
My approach is culturally sensitive and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Together, we’ll tackle challenges, build strength, and create lasting change. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
In our initial sessions, we'll explore the challenges you're facing and collaborate on a personalized plan to help you reclaim a sense of control and direction in your life. Many clients begin to experience a gradual relief of symptoms within the first month, with steady progress as we continue our work together.
