Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel weighed down by trauma, anxiety, depression, or anger. If life feels overwhelming, disorienting, isolating, or confusing, you don’t have to go through it alone—I’m here to walk with you on your journey to healing and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma recovery and use Trauma informed strategies, like CBT, DBT, EMDR (including with children), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and psychoeducation to help you understand and heal the impact of past experiences. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to rebuild a sense of peace, safety and connection in your life.

What you can expect from me

Imagine feeling more at ease in your body, calmer in your relationships, and clearer about your next steps. Therapy can help you get there. Let’s take the first step—book a session today at a time that feels right for you.
