I believe pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional—and that we all have the inner strength to reduce or eliminate suffering. This belief guided my own journey to becoming a psychologist and now helps me support individuals in becoming their best selves. Raised in a collectivistic culture and having completed a doctoral dissertation on diversity, I deeply value and respect each person’s uniqueness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. I integrate evidence-based methods, including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, to help clients process challenges and build lasting resilience. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore both past and present experiences, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen self-worth.
