About Me

I’m a Georgia-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and more than a decade of counseling experience. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and groups in hospitals, courts, government agencies, and community settings, which gives me a broad perspective on the unique challenges people face.

I have particular expertise helping clients with relationship struggles, perfectionism, loneliness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. These experiences have deepened my empathy and my commitment to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

As the founder of Aspire Therapeutic Services, LLC, my passion is to help you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward greater calm, strength, and meaningful connection in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you build resilience, clarity, and self-understanding. I believe therapy is not about quick fixes, but about discovering tools and strategies that fit your goals and values. Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a nonjudgmental environment. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring your hopes and goals. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background and current concerns, while also inviting you to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we will identify some initial focus areas and begin shaping a plan that feels both supportive and achievable for you.
