Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in nursing across long-term care and psychiatric settings, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I specialize in evidence-based treatment for a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, OCD, PTSD and Trauma, using a holistic and collaborative approach to support each client’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I take time to understand your history, context, and what you want care to look like so that treatment is aligned with your goals. I use standardized assessments alongside clinical judgment and avoid rushing to labels, focusing instead on a thoughtful, individualized understanding of your needs. Medication decisions are made collaboratively, you know your body, and I bring clinical expertise, and together we create a shared plan. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on where you are in treatment, and between visits, we remain connected through the patient portal for ongoing support.

What you can expect from me

Initial evaluations run 60 to 90 minutes. I take time to understand your history, your current concerns, and the context of what brought you in, as well as what you want care to look like. The goal of the first session is to build a clear, shared understanding of your needs, begin identifying appropriate next steps, and ensure you feel heard and supported in a nonjudgmental space.
