Great to meet you!
My goal is to help individuals recognize their strengths so they can have the tools to overcome their daily stressors. I enjoy mindfulness activities, spending time with my family, including my dog, running and training for marathons as part of my self-care.
Running has taught me a lot about patience, perseverance, setting realistic goals, and recognizing that progress does not always happen in a straight line. Some days are easier than others, and sometimes the most important thing is simply continuing to move forward.
I bring that same perspective into my work with clients. I believe meaningful change takes time, and therapy is not about being perfect or having everything figured out. It is about learning about yourself, building on your strengths, developing new skills, and taking one step at a time.
