Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming, unclear, or heavier than you want it to be. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to feel more steady. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions, as well as self-esteem and relationship challenges, and the stress that comes from balancing multiple roles and responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT, person-centered therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other tailored, evidence-based tools to meet you where you are and help you move toward what feels more manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation focused on what brings you in and what you’re hoping to work on in therapy. We’ll explore what’s been going on for you, any current challenges, and what goals you’d like to move toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—my priority is helping you feel comfortable and heard at your own pace. We’ll also begin shaping a direction for our work together so you leave with a sense of clarity about next steps.
