Great to meet you!

Hello, so nice to meet you! I am often described as warm, grounded, and gently direct. My style is supportive, goal-oriented, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where meaningful change can occur.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness-based interventions, I help clients identify unhealthy patterns, build coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. Over the years, I’ve supported clients in managing emotional struggles. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to handle life's stressors.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, conversational space where we begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. I will go over important information regarding confidentiality and how our work together will look. My role is to listen, understand your experience, and begin helping you make sense of what is going on, while creating a space where you feel confortable and supported. I adapt my approach to meet each person's unique needs.
