Great to meet you!

I see the therapeutic encounter as a collaborative human-to-human experience that grows in an atmosphere of empathy, mutual respect, and trust. I have particular expertise in bringing unconscious processes to consciousness to enable my clients to live their lives with a sense of choice, a choice that always happen in the here-and-now.

My approach to therapy

I bring emphasis on somatic, mindful, and person-centered modalities to respond to depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief. I am passionate about the conversation between different parts of ourselves, and the dialogue between body, mind, and soul. I draw from the wisdom of myths and dream conversation to enrich the dialogue with clients, while shining the light on the here-and-now of the therapeutic encounter to facilitate meaningful and connective insights that can reverberate in my clients’ daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Will I help you add to your baggage or lighten it up? A lot of what we, Western humans need is to deconstruct what was built uphazardly, simplify, and lighten up through genuine inquiry not only at the cognitive level, but also using up bottom-up processes that start with our body and feelings. I am here to help your feel again, and their your saturated mind. Expect to refresh and be refreshed.
