Great to meet you!

Gold coast wellness helps the child and adult who has been anxious since COVID-19. Be the star of the classroom or workplace by providing a community-centric approach to care.

Maybe you aren't getting as much joy from spending time with their loved ones, or the sunset doesn’t feel as striking as it once did.

We'll use a gentle, collaborative approach to help you explore your thoughts without judgment.

You can expect open communication, respect, and individualized care focused on helping them achieve lasting emotional balance and improved daily functioning.

Working with teachers, families, guidance counselors, and pediatricians."

My approach to therapy

  • Encouraging Self-Compassion – Mental health struggles are real, and it's okay to not be okay. Everyone deserves kindness, especially from themselves.
  • Evidence-Based Guidance – I can share general strategies based on psychology, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and self-care routines.
  • Professional Support First – While I can offer encouragement and coping strategies, I always recommend seeking help from a licensed therapist, counselor, or doctor when needed.
  • Reducing Stigma – Talking about mental health should be as normal as discussing physical health. Open conversations help break down barriers.
  • Personalized Advice – Everyone’s journey is unique. What works for one person might not work for another, so I aim to provide flexible, adaptable suggestions.

What you can expect from me

  • A better grasp of their symptoms, possible causes, and how their mental health affects daily life.
  • Reassurance that their feelings are valid and not something to be ashamed of.
  • Understanding that treatment is a partnership, and their input matters.
  • Encouragement to ask questions and express concerns openly.
  • Knowing when and how to reach out for further help if needed.
