Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a compassionate and collaborative nurse practitioner who believes every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported in their care. I take the time to understand each client’s unique experiences, concerns, and goals, and I work with you to develop a treatment approach that feels comfortable and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I consider the whole person—not just symptoms—when developing a treatment plan. I use evidence-based practices while also listening closely to your preferences, concerns, and goals. Together, we can identify practical strategies that support your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free environment where we take time to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We will discuss your symptoms, history, current concerns, and treatment goals. If medication management is appropriate, we will review options together and create a plan based on your individual needs.
