For much of my career, I've worked as a medical social worker in hospice and palliative care, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most difficult moments. I've had the honor of working with adults of all ages as they faced unexpected changes, helping them find strength, meaning and clarity in the midst of uncertainty. I've supported caregivers as they adjusted to new roles with loved ones, and I've held space for those navigating the deep and personal journey of many life transitions. These experiences continue to shape my compassionate, strength-based approach to therapy today.
