Great to meet you!

I am passionate about leading from a harm reduction prospective to facilitate productive and healthy understanding of choices and behaviors, allowing movement beyond painful and destructive stigmas, social policies and practices. My professional realm includes work alongside people with unique needs and in various stages of life. In addition, I offer psychedelic-integration work for individuals specifically wanting to move through challenging experiences they have had in their personal lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a transpersonal, mindfulness-based and person-centered therapist, building connection with clients comes first. My approach varies depending on the unique needs of each client and can change with clients over time.

What you can expect from our first session

In my work with people, my hope is that they will arrive and leave with a sense of acceptance and empowerment to go to the places needed as they continue on their life journey. For some, this might mean focusing on specific areas for clarity and direction, for others it might be a longer and deeper dive. All are welcome, and invited, to see if I can support you in a way that feels helpful to you!
