Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist providing care through my private practice and at NYU and Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan. I have experience treating patients across a wide range of clinical settings and specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, psychosis, and LGBTQ+ mental health. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that is individualized, practical, and focused on helping you function and feel your best.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best psychiatric care starts with listening. I take time to understand your concerns, goals, and life circumstances before making recommendations, and I view treatment as a collaborative process. When appropriate, I incorporate supportive psychotherapy into medication management visits to help patients build insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and discuss your symptoms, history, and treatment goals. I'll explain my diagnostic impressions, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment when needed, and helping you stay on track toward your goals.
