Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Aïcha, a trauma and anxiety specialist offering somatic and attachment-based therapy for adults ready to feel safe in their own bodies again. Many of my clients come to therapy after realizing their body is still carrying the stress of survival. I don't see pathology; I see the necessary adaptations that once protected you. Healing begins when we meet those parts with compassion, not judgment. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of your patterns, and help your nervous system finally exhale.

I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, chronic stress, and attachment wounds. My approach combines Somatic Experiencing (body-based healing), Internal Family Systems (IFS parts work), and Attachment-Based Therapy to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and rebuild self trust and emotional safety.

My approach to therapy

Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and paced at the speed that feels safest to you. You'll learn to listen to your body, recognize old patterns, and build the emotional flexibility to respond instead of react. Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected in their relationships, work, and daily life.

What you can expect from me

I integrate Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment-Based Therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress. In our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy and create a personalized plan that fits your goals and pace. Throughout our work, I'll help you recognize patterns, reframe old narratives, and regulate your nervous system.
