Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in recovery from harmful relationships. My clients usually come to me when they are in, or suspect they are in, an unhealthy relationship. My approach in supporting my clients is from an attachment-focused lens. While my approach is direct, my current clients describe sessions as empowering and relieving. I like to challenge my clients to find their own answers. When people grow up in environments that silence their intuition, the work we do finds that gut feeling and gives it a voice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is challenging and humorous. I use discretion for both, but I really am the best fit from individuals who are open to feedback. I am not afraid of confrontation or discomfort, so I will not shy away from difficult conversations in sessions. If you're coming to me wanting to make changes, I like to deliver on those expectations.

What you can expect from me

My intakes are dynamic; I do not employ the classic clipboard questionnaire approach. I prefer to get to know my clients for who they are rather than their issue. My questions are guided, but they do not obscure my first intention, which is to make you feel confident in your decision to choose me as your therapist.
