Great to meet you!

I am a provider who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and make meaningful progress toward emotional, personal, and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re facing a difficult season or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. For clients who desire it, I offer the option to integrate Christian faith-based principles into our work together. I believe that faith can be a powerful source of healing, direction, and strength, and I am honored to walk alongside those who wish to explore their spiritual life in the context of therapy.

At the same time, I respect that each individual’s journey is unique. Whether or not you choose to incorporate faith into your sessions, you’ll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where we focus on your goals, well-being, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, clients can expect a safe, supportive space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself, strategies to manage emotions and relationships more effectively, and the encouragement to pursue your goals—whether they are personal, emotional, or spiritual.
