Great to meet you!

I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where I walk alongside you rather than ahead of you. For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, substance use, chronic pain, and life transitions. My background in clinical psychology, along with board certification in biofeedback and neurofeedback, allows me to integrate both psychological and physiological approaches to healing. Most importantly, I deeply respect the uniqueness of your lived experience and strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I don’t believe the goal of therapy is to eliminate all discomfort, but rather to help you develop the psychological flexibility to navigate life’s challenges with clarity, courage, and purpose. Together, we focus on increasing present-moment awareness, building willingness to experience emotions without avoidance, and taking meaningful action aligned with your values. When appropriate, I also integrate biofeedback and neurofeedback to strengthen self-regulation and support the mind–body connection.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where we begin to understand your story and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your concerns, goals, and history so we can create a clear and meaningful direction for our work together. If appropriate, we may also discuss assessment options or mind–body strategies that could support your progress. Most of all, you can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction and a feeling that you are not navigating this alone.
