Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Aigner! I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the DMV and a mom of two energetic boys, so I truly understand the highs and lows of juggling family, work, and everything in between. I’ve worked in human services for over 15 years across schools, clinics, and community settings, and I currently run a private practice—Beyond Infinity Counseling.

I earned my master’s in counseling and have dedicated my career to supporting women, mothers, and children through life’s challenges. I specialize in working with kids who struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions, as well as women navigating parenting stress, burnout, and identity shifts. Whether you're a parent looking for support for your child or a woman trying to reclaim space for yourself, you're not alone—and I’m here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experiences. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, while also holding space for the unique strengths and stories each person brings. I believe therapy should feel like a natural conversation, where we work together to explore what’s getting in the way and build tools that empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether we’re unpacking big emotions or celebrating small wins, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

In a session with me, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and gently challenged. We’ll work together to make sense of what you're experiencing, uncover patterns, and build practical tools you can use in daily life. Whether it's learning how to manage big emotions, navigate relationships, or simply take a deep breath and reconnect with yourself—you’ll leave each session with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel lighter, stronger, and reminded that you're not alone on this journey.
