Great to meet you!

Everyone's mental health journey is different, so I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I take the time to understand who you are—not just your symptoms—so we can build a treatment plan that works for your goals, your lifestyle, and your values. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I care for children, adolescents, and adults through thoughtful psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Whether you're seeking answers, support, or a fresh start, I'm here to partner with you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best treatment starts with understanding the person, not just the diagnosis. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I'll take the time to listen to your concerns, explain your treatment options in clear language, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and achievable. Whether we're adjusting medications, exploring new strategies, or celebrating progress, my goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and in control of your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll take time to learn about your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we'll discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication recommendations, coping strategies, or additional resources. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan for what comes next.
