Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative process — one where you and I work together to uncover patterns, strengthen resilience, and create new possibilities. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate, person-centered perspective. I often integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also drawing from trauma-informed and holistic frameworks. This means we’ll look not only at thoughts and behaviors, but also at how emotions and the body hold your experiences. My role is to guide, support, and empower you — helping you build insight and tools that align with your values and goals, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing stress or anxiety, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling ready for change, I’m here to help you explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what growth might look like for you. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of balance in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to focus on, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to have the “perfect story” — we’ll start wherever you are. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll begin shaping a plan that supports your goals. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling seen, heard, and encouraged — knowing that you don’t have to navigate this process alone.
