Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Aili. I'm a holistic, trauma-informed therapist based in New York. I have a decade of experience helping people through challenges such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, family conflict, and life transitions. I also help clients who have experienced violence, trauma, or abuse in their relationships to obtain safety and healing. Additionally, I work with clients who are pregnant, postpartum, or new parents.

My approach to therapy

Working with me will be joining a safe, confidential space where you can openly discuss anything without judgment. I always approach sessions from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. I am happy to tailor my sessions to your own needs and interests. I find that the old adage “knowledge is power” is incredibly relevant to mental health. The more that you can understand about yourself, the more equipped you will be on the path toward healing, change, and restoration.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be focused on getting to know your past history as well as discussing your therapy goals. It is an honor to help others heal, grow, and learn more about themselves. I think my dedication, genuine interest, and support come through in my sessions with my clients; I feel so grateful to be able to be a therapist and know that trust doesn’t always come easy. I look forward to meeting you!
