Great to meet you!

I work closely with clients to build the emotional muscle needed to manage life's stressors, transitions and developmental concerns, as well as, ‘big and small’ trauma. Working with adults, adolescents and parent/child, we will work together towards a healthier and happier way of being with a lasting affect on mood, relationships and behavioral patterns.

My approach to therapy

In our psychotherapy sessions, I consider our relationship to be an important aspect. We can explore how difficulties may have arisen in the past and gain meaning into how you navigate the world in the present. Incorporating my analytically informed training with my creative arts therapy background, my range of skills are flexible and encompassing.

What you can expect from me

During our initial sessions, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable and work towards making shifts in your life. I will be active when needed and provide an engaging and supportive environment. Therapy can be a journey that begins with finding the right fit in therapist. Reach out for an initial consultation.
