I am a mother to 10 (blended family - his, mine, and ours) . My husband is a primary care/integrative medicine doctor of osteopathy. On our days off we run a small animal sanctuary at our home. I love running, surfing, and mountain biking.

My approach to therapy

I have a passion for holistic/ integrative therapy, but also use more traditional approaches to assist with medication management, using a dab of CBT.
