I have over a decade of experience working with people of all ages. My recent focus has been on helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and communication issues in relationships and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style, pulling from a variety of evidence-based methodologies to find the best tools for each client. My approach is very person-centered, and I find that a variety of skills including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, the Gottman method, and non-violent communication are helpful to most individuals.
