Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and have over 8 years of experience providing counseling in private practice, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional struggles, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I strive to create a safe, grace-filled environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. For clients who desire it, I integrate biblical truth and faith into the counseling process while helping them move toward healing, restoration, and renewed hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe counseling should be a place where people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles without fear of judgment. My approach is compassionate, relational, and grounded in helping clients better understand the patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Together, we work toward healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and greater emotional and spiritual well-being.

I value meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them through difficult seasons with empathy, grace, and practical support. For clients who desire it, I also incorporate faith, prayer, and biblical principles into the counseling process. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, hopeful, and equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they are encouraged to share their story, concerns, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable to them. My desire is to help clients begin the process of healing from emotional wounds and brokenness while gaining insight, hope, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.

Together, we will explore ways to cultivate emotional wellness, strengthen relationships, and discover a more authentic and purposeful life. As a Christian therapist, I also offer faith-integrated support for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey of healing, growth, and personal discovery.
