I have extensive knowledge and understanding of children’s issues, coupled with a passion for equipping parents with effective skills.
I utilize a strength-based approach which includes a whole-body approach to mental health. I create a safe and interactive environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment, helping clients heal and develop coping skills to face life’s challenges.
