Great to meet you!

I am now exclusively offering EMDR Intensives. An intensive includes three, 90-minute EMDR sessions, conducted in one week. This model is specifically tailored to your needs, facilitates progress in a shorter period of time and accelerates the reduction of symptoms. An EMDR Intensive allows you to spend less time in therapy, and more time living your life. Let's rewrite your story. The cost is $1600-$3200 depending on the package. You may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will teach you that you can accept your thoughts and feelings and still commit to change. Some of the strategies I use include helping to connect you with your values, mindful awareness, and uncovering unhelpful patterns

As a fully telehealth practice, I offer the flexibility and convenience you’ve been looking for.

What you can expect from our first session

At the end of our first session together, my goal is that you walk away with new strategies and a framework for goals. I pride myself on providing quality, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs. I try to be the kind of therapist that I would want to see!
