Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate the complexities of healing and self-discovery. With a background in supporting individuals within high-stress systems, I bring a deep understanding of how early life experiences and relational trauma shape our adult lives.

I specialize in working with clients to cultivate a healing relationship with themselves, fostering the resilience needed to break old patterns and navigate life transitions. My therapeutic approach is creative and holistic; I often incorporate art, nature, and somatic movement to help clients engage more fully with their internal experiences beyond traditional talk therapy.

Above all, I strive to provide a space where clients feel safe, seen, and heard. By establishing this foundation of trust, I empower individuals to gain the insight and self-awareness necessary to drive meaningful change on their unique healing journeys.

Outside of the office, I find my own balance through watercolor painting and am a self-proclaimed Swiftie.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, designed to go beyond the limits of traditional talk therapy. I believe that true healing happens when we engage both the mind and the body, so I often incorporate art, nature, and somatic movement to help you connect more deeply with your internal experiences. My focus is on helping you cultivate a healing relationship with yourself, providing the tools to break old patterns and foster lasting resilience. At the core of my practice is a commitment to ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard in every session.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to begin building a foundation of trust and safety. You can expect:

  • A Supportive Environment: A space where you are truly heard and validated as you share your story.
  • Initial Exploration: We will begin to look at how your past experiences may be shaping your current life.
  • Building Awareness: We will start the process of gaining the insight and self-awareness necessary for you to drive meaningful change on your unique healing journey.
