Great to meet you!

I know how hard it can be to look for a therapist when you’re already carrying so much. I’ve worked in mental health since 2011 in inpatient and outpatient settings, helping people with trauma, addiction, and personality disorders, including borderline personality disorder. I truly love this work and believe healing and lasting change are possible.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I use DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, and I’m working toward EMDR certification. We’ll find what fits you best and focus on building insight, coping skills, and stability in a way that feels practical and manageable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to do this alone. In our first session, we’ll talk through your story, your strengths, and what you want for your life so we can create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. Clients often describe me as genuine and caring, and I’d be honored to support you.
