Hello! Most of us at some point in our lives struggle, whether it is a difficult relationship with a spouse or a family member, a new job, or a loss of a loved one. I am interested in helping couples and individuals deal with life’s challenges. My approach with clients is to seek an understanding of the dynamics and patterns that are causing discontent and dissatisfaction in their lives. I am compassionate, direct, warm, and honest.
