Great to meet you!

Welcome! Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, processing trauma or grief, or navigating difficult family or relationship dynamics, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change. I work with adults and seniors facing a wide range of concerns, including stress management, anger, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, identity concerns, women's issues, chronic health conditions, and major life transitions. With more than 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging seasons. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should meet you where you are. My approach is warm, open-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented, creating a space where you can openly share your story while feeling supported throughout the process. I tailor treatment to your individual needs by integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Behavior Management, and Behavior Modification techniques. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, stress, grief, chronic illness, ADHD, OCD, or identity exploration, my goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable progress both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, engaging, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and working toward the goals that matter most to you. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and respect. Together, we'll celebrate progress while working through obstacles with compassion and practical support. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with greater confidence, healthier coping skills, improved emotional well-being, stronger relationships, and the tools to navigate future challenges with resilience. You don't have to face difficult seasons alone—lasting growth is possible, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
