I provide a safe, judgement-free space where my clients feel comfortable discussing what is on their mind be it depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or life stressors/transitions and explore solutions that work for them, to relieve their symptoms and provide meaningful change. During my career, I have worked with people from all walks of life, some in their darkest hour, and have been humbled by their courage and perseverance. I work from a place of empathy and the idea that people already have what they need in them. I also believe life is about perspective and encourage my clients to consider looking at things from different points of view. Finally, I do not believe I have the right to judge anyone and work hard to ensure my clients feel safe to talk about whatever is on their mind. After 30+ years of practice, there is much that can shock me.
