Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with more than a decade of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges and find what works for them. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds in community mental health, providing individual, family, and group therapy to support healing, growth, and lasting change.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, develop practical coping skills, and gain greater insight into yourself. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I will work alongside you to help you build resilience and move toward the life you want.

I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to make the experience welcoming and empowering. Together, we'll identify your strengths, address obstacles, and develop meaningful strategies that support your emotional well-being and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based practices. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence your daily life, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt therapy to meet you where you are. Whether you're looking to manage anxiety or depression, navigate life transitions, improve relationships, increase self-confidence, or develop healthier coping skills, we'll work together to create goals that are meaningful to you and build on the strengths you already possess.

My goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective tools, and feel more confident in your ability to face life's challenges both during therapy and long after our work together.

What you can expect from me
