Great to meet you!

Following military service, I decided to get a degree in Social Work, focusing in Clinical work. After graduating, I worked with other Veterans on PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety, and obtained my Independent Clinical License.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love what I do! I would describe myself as a 'hands on therapist.' I have worksheets, handouts, and exercises ready to help you meet your goals. I can't wait to meet you!

What you can expect from our first session

Usually something tangible- if not a worksheet or handout, then a notecard with a reminder about next session.

I love when I hear back from Clients down the road. Most commonly, I hear about how the things we worked on together continued helping them after our sessions ended.

I personally feel very satisfied hearing about my Clients living their best life with one foot forward!
