Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated my career to helping individuals feel understood, safe, and empowered in their healing journey. Drawn to healthcare from a young age, I first envisioned a future in labor and delivery — but quickly discovered my true calling in psychiatry. Since then, I've devoted more than a decade to working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, finding purpose in meeting people where they are and breaking the stigmas that surround psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

As a clinician, I'm known for my warm and approachable style, blending advanced training in psychopharmacology with a deeply empathetic, patient-centered approach. I value the provider-patient relationship as a place of trust and connection — I listen carefully to each person's unique story and tailor treatment to their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In addition to my clinical practice, I've held leadership roles as Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager across multiple inpatient, residential, outpatient, and correctional facilities. These experiences have strengthened my ability to guide teams, improve systems of care, and ensure that patients receive high-quality, compassionate treatment.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mother of three who finds joy in family, gardening, and creating balance between my personal and professional worlds. I see growth — whether in my garden or in my patients' lives — as a reminder of resilience and the possibility of renewal.
