Great to meet you!

Life brings moments that can shake us, soften us, inspire us, or leave us feeling lost. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, and life transitions; whether related to death, relationship changes, career shifts, or evolving identity.

In addition to grief work, I help clients manage depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of everyday life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

I am especially passionate about this work because I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have a space where your experiences are truly understood and honored. I strive to create that kind of environment for each person I work with. A space where you feel supported, respected, and not alone.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have experience working with adults, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and individuals impacted by loss. My clinical work includes supporting clients through grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we create a safe space to explore your story, build coping tools that fit your unique needs. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity, relislience, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone

What you can expect from me

I specialize in supporting you through the many faces of loss: bereavement, suicide loss, pet loss, life transitions, and the quiet, complicated grief that comes with change. My work is grounded in helping people honor what they've lost, make sense of the emotions that follow, and find a path toward healing, meaning and purpose.
