Hello! I am here to help you connect the dots between the past and present, break free from patterns that no longer serve you, gain clarity and insight, heal, and make positive life changes.

I specialize in empowering women to understand themselves on a deeper level in order to show up as their most authentic selves.

I also have a passion for working with teens navigating adolescence & the transition into adulthood; as well as young adults learning to "adult" and coping with daily life stressors.

I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I use an integrative, client-centered approach that is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with solutions and strengths oriented modalities. I understand that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, so I tailor the therapies and techniques I use to best fit my client's unique needs and goals.

I will show up as a real person, and meet you where you are on your journey to mental wellness.

You can expect to leave our sessions with clarity and will feel empowered to make changes towards a positive, healthy, and fulfilling life. I like to give my clients practical tools and skills to practice outside of session to enhance their lives and overall wellness.
