Great to meet you!

I earned a master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with children and adults in poverty, with trauma and dysfunctional generational patterns, with children to young adults to seniors as well as community education groups. I work with a varied age group, multiple tools, and bring mindfulness as well as extensive life experience into the safe space created in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I maintain a safe space to build a healthy relationship and believe that you are the expert of you. Together we can explore what is meaningful to you and how to get there.

What you can expect from me

We will spend time getting to know each other, talking about your vision for therapy and how I can help, to see if our relationship will be a good fit for you.
