Hi! I'm excited to meet you! I'm a clinical social worker with an advanced-generalist master's degree. I have assisted diverse populations for almost 20 years within a multitude of environs. This rich history provides and allows me the privilege of approaching every client I help as a unique and singular individual with needs particular to them.

I utilize whole-person, systemic-based theory in helping you manage and become the person you desire to be. I walk with you, not in front of nor behind you in discovering the core of your identity. I believe a bio-psycho-social perspective and history is integral in understanding and helping and my philosophy of unconditional positive regard toward every individual defines my practice.

Affirmation and growth are the bedrock of my counseling philosophy. My clients will learn more of who they are, why they are here and where they want to go. We will discover together their understanding of self and their life history's with its profound implications upon today. Utilizing this understanding, each client will discover the tools and methodologies for success they need going forward in living the life they desire.
