Great to meet you!

Welcome. I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Concentration in Nature-Based Transpersonal Counseling. My work is grounded in the belief that each person possesses an innate capacity for resilience, wisdom, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe life is a journey of growth, obstacles, and self-discovery — not about 'fixing' what is broken or striving for perfection. Through a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling, I support individuals in navigating life's challenges with greater self-awareness, compassion, and a sense of meaning. Together, we explore the experiences, patterns, and possibilities that shape your unique journey, creating space for growth, healing, and a deeper connection to who you are. Each session is tailored to the individual, honoring your unique path, lived experiences, and inner wisdom. Whether you are seeking emotional healing, spiritual growth, or a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you, I walk beside you with compassion, presence, and respect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we begin getting to know one another. We will explore what has brought you to counseling, discuss your current concerns, and identify your goals, strengths, and hopes for the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, so we will work together to create an approach that feels meaningful and aligned with your unique needs and values.
