Great to meet you!

Therapy, to me, is not about fixing people. It’s about helping them rebuild what can actually hold them.

Many of my clients feel worn down by the emotional and moral strain of the world right now. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to defend your values or numb yourself to survive.

Most of my clients come in feeling foggy, braced, and unsure what’s wrong. Over time, they begin to feel steadier, clearer, and more able to meet life without constant vigilance.

I help teens and adults experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relational wounds, and the lingering effects of emotionally unpredictable or chaotic environments.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, nurture all parts of yourself, and help you not just think differently, but feel differently- fostering lasting growth, healing, and authentic living.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system science.

I integrate practices and skills to help you shift from survival mode into a steadier, more connected state.

Rather than asking you to think your way out of stress or push through overwhelm, we first identify what you're mind and body are experiencing, practice skills to shift looping thoughts and nervous system patterns and repair what feels ruptured.

I’m warm, compassionate and direct. You don’t have to perform, over-explain, or have the “perfect words.” We work at a pace that feels safe and supportive so you can build capacity, understand your patterns, and create new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, grounded conversation focused on understanding what you’re experiencing, what your nervous system has been carrying, and what you want support with.

I will also review guidelines for therapy, and we'll begin to explore your history at a pace that feels safe to your system. We will identify your strengths, what's getting in the way and where'd you like to go.

You won’t be pressured to share more than you’re ready for. Many clients leave the first session feeling hopeful, understood and compassionately seen.
