Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Aiseosa, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. I work with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

As a Christian counselor, I also welcome integrating faith and spirituality into the counseling process when it is important to you, supporting healing that nurtures emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and care as you move toward greater balance, resilience, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and strengths, but there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while we begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can best support you. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can also explore how to thoughtfully incorporate that into our work together.

We will move at your pace — creating a foundation of trust, safety, and collaboration as we start your healing journey.
